Biography -Formerly with McDonnell Douglas, Ford Motor Company, and AT&T prior to joining the faculty at New Mexico Tech in 1991. She was involved in domestic and international telecommunications regulatory issues, information technology contract law, project management and general business law issues for major corporations. She has maintained a private law practice since 1990, representing corporate, municipal and individual clients and accepting settlement facilitation assignments from the district court to expedite resolution in a broad range of legal matters. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the local Seventh Judicial Bar Association, serving as president of the local bar association from 1996 to 1999. Interests Research: Telecommunication Law and Regulation, Ethical Issues in Information Assurance and Security Education -Received her J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law.
